With over 10 years experience within operation management, process improvement, and advanced statistical analysis, David brings a diverse skill set to understanding and responding to client's needs with a focus on the optimization of solution to work within an organization's current process. Prior to founding PlusDelta Technologies, Dave was the Process Improvement Leader / Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for Duke University Health System and also held a variety of engineering and management positions in the telecommunication, aerospace, and healthcare industries. David holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.
Jennifer Strickland, PhamD, BCPS
Chief Product Officer
With extensive experience as both a pharmacy clinician and pharmacy administrator, Jennifer brings a unique skill set to understanding healthcare client's needs and the healthcare environment. Prior to joining PlusDelta Technologies, Jennifer was the Director of Pharmacy at a large hospital and community tertiary referral center. She also is an assistant clinical director at University of Florida College of Pharmacy and lectures regionally and nationally on pharmacy related topics. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida College of Pharmacy and is Board Certified in Pharmocotherapy through the Board of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Darrell W. Contreras, Esq., CHC
Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Darrell is a licensed attorney who has worked for over 13 years in health care compliance. Prior to joining PlusDelta Technologies, Darrell served for seven years as the Chief Compliance Officer for two large, acute care hospitals. During this time, Darrell was responsible for the organizations’ compliance and privacy programs, research compliance, internal audit and risk management. Prior to becoming a Chief Compliance Officer, Darrell was a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Health Science Advisory Services practice where he was responsible for developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy for compliance services in the western part of the United States. Darrell holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Darrell is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC), and Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) through the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board.
